Is it only me or is everyone working with MyGate experiencing poor to non-existent customer care from MyGate?
I have previously developed 2 MyGate modules. And found that you have to ask MyGate 100 times and threaten them before you get anything out of them.
I also had a account with them which they just closed without any reason or any pre-warning.
They have changed the way the enterprise account work, hence the one module needs to be updated but as usual they are not willing to hep there customers that keep them in business?
Aren’t you supposed to try and keep your customers happy at all costs?
